Your order will normally be received within 10 working days.

All CD-ROMS will be tested before being sent out. Please note that due to the personalised nature of these items, they can only be exchanged free of charge if found to contain an error in the personalisation which is our fault. If, however, the fault is found to be due to the customer then a charge of £6 per CD-ROM (incl P&P) will be charged for replacement.
